We are having all the loving feels this year.  Whether it's a big gesture like "Will you marry me ? " well it is a leap year ladies. Or a card and some naughty chocs. It's the one day when we wear our hearts on our sleeves right ? In honour of all this fluffy stuff, we have put a little Love guide together for you. From the small, to the big splurge I love you's.

Always a big hit is something smelly. We love our collection of pulse point aromatherapy oils for Men and Women by The Owl & the Apothecary. You can choose from Wellbeing. With it's heady smells of Frankincense, Lavender and Rose Geranium. Abundance with Clary Sage, Lavender and Rose, both contain 100% organic oils.

If you want to spoil her  Rose Luxuria perfume by Memoize perfum. Has the sensual fragrances of Rose, Jasmine, Lily of the Valley, Sandlewood and Oud to name just a few. For him you could try the wonderful woody, Tom Daxon Iridium for men or women. Described as 'the fragrance equivalent of charcoal coloured cashmere'. This fragrance oozes luxury and has a cult following by those who love something unique.

Maybe a perfumed home is more your thing. Parkminster candles have the cute little  'You Light My Fire' votives. Ideal for Jasmine lovers. If your man likes a earthy fragrance. We have the stunning 'The Library ' candle. With its top notes of wood, amber and pink peppercorn it's like sitting by the fire curled up with a good book. If you are looking to relax and chill. The wonderful 'Wellbeing' crystal filled candle by The Owl & The Apothecary. Will fill your space with divine Rose Geranium and Lavender. Imagine the smell of a expensive spa and you get the idea.

Of course if you want to go out for a date night, you can expect to pay above the normal for dinner for two. But if you look around, you can find little gems. For the cheese lovers, how about the new 'The Cheese Bar'. Situated in Seven Dials Market or Camden Market. This new chain is dedicated to all things cheesy, imagine sitting around a bar with a built in conveyor belt. Whilst sampling cheese after cheese. All from small independent British artisan's suppliers, paired with great wine and nibbles.

One of our greatest pleasures must be going on holiday. But imagine pretending that you are going, without all the hassle of packing. We popped onto the train straight into St Pancreas. Where you have a world of shopping and fine dinning, whilst you sit people watching.  Upstairs at  Seary's, boasts the longest Champagne bar in Europe. Has the coolest 'Ring for more Champagne' bells set in the tables. Delightful food, blankets and heated leather seats, if you book to sit in one of the outside banquettes. All the while you can people and train watch. Those getting onto the Eurostar heading to the capital of love. Of course why not make it very special this Valentine's day. Surprise them with train tickets to Paris as well, Bonne chance & Au revoir!!
